Returns of Non-Manufacturing Defective Items
Returns for wrong or missing item(s) are accepted only if we are being notified by email at support@annmejewelry.com within 5 days of receiving your order (receiving date based on delivery tracking record). Any return requests made after the 5-days period will not be accepted, and items will be deemed as final sale. Meanwhile, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for items that are non-manufacturing defective, a change of mind, and product's sizing/measurement misjudgments by the customers. Any returns based on dissatisfaction with the jewelry's appearance, tone, or natural variations in materials (such as pearls, shells or gemstones) will not be accepted. Please note that for natural materials, minor differences in color, texture, or size are natural and not considered defects, and we do not accept returns due to damaged packaging during shipping.
Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
We accept exchanges only for jewelry with manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps and loose stones. If you believe your item is manufacturing defective, kindly contact us within 5 days of receiving it (receiving date based on delivery tracking record) at support@annmejewelry.com, with clear photos or videos of the issue for our assessment. Meanwhile, any requests made after the 5-days period will not be accepted, and items will be deemed as final sale. If your item is confirmed as defective, we will offer an exchange with the same product only based on the product availability, or a refund to your bank account, and we will cover the return shipping cost where a return of the defective jewelry is required from your end.
Requirements for Returns of Products
For return conditions like manufacturing defective, wrong or missing items, the jewelry must be returned in their original sale condition in which the item must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition, with all the original packaging including jewelry pouch/box provided, card, polishing cloth, label and etc. intact. Kindly email notify us once you have drop off the returned parcel along with the courier service company name and tracking number. We will process with the exchanges or refunds upon received your returned parcel.
